The Homemade Ranch Dressing Your Summer Needs

This is the homemade ranch dressing your summer needs. It's delicious, super easy to make, and good for your health.

Equipment

  • Jar funnel - helpful but not required
  • Airtight jar or container

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or 2%
  • 1 clove garlic minced or 1/4 tsp powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil choppd or 1 tsp dried
  • 3 tbsp fresh dill or 1 tbsp dried
  • 3 tbsp fresh parsley or 1 tbsp dried
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  • Mince the garlic and chop the chives and any other fresh herbs you are using.
  • Juice the lemon and pour it into a jar or airtight container without the seeds.
  • Add the mayonnaise and yogurt, garlic, chives and herbs.
  • Mix well and store in the fridge for a week.
