Homemade Granola (Sweetened with Honey)
Homemade granola is super delicious and super simple to make. Sweetened with honey and packed with nutritious ingredients, this crunchy granola recipe is one you'll want to save.

- 2 cups organic rolled oats
- 2 cups chopped nuts
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup raw honey
Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper (if using).
Place the oats and nuts into a food processor and pulse into bite-size pieces. You can chop the nuts with a knife if you don't have a food processor.
Pour the chopped oats and nuts into a large bowl and stir in the cinnamon.
Gently heat the coconut oil in a small pot at low to medium heat. Once melted, stir in the honey and vanilla.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir well.
Tip the granola onto a baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
Bake for 10 - 20 minutes or until the granola is just starting to turn gold. Let it cool on the baking sheet before breaking into pieces and storing in an airtight jar or container.
